About Me
Dylan Kerns was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. When he was 17, he moved to Beaufort, South Carolina. He went to both Blackhawk Christian High School and The Cyber Academy of South Carolina. At Full Sail University, Dylan pursued a Bachelor of Science in Sportscasting. He graduated as Valedictorian in 2022.
Dylan's love for sports came at a young age. He was first introduced by his dad. They would listen to Cubs games on the radio coming home from school or baseball practice. By the time he was 7, Dylan would mute the television and announce every play that happened during the game. He played baseball his entire life before moving to South Carolina. He is a member of The Sportscaster's Talent Agency of America. After graduation, Dylan is looking to move anywhere on the planet to pursue a career in sports broadcasting.
Demo Reel

Mitchell Miegel - SID, University of South Carolina Beaufort
Dylan is one of the most self-motivated people I know, while turning in high-quality work day in and day out. He is the true definition of a hard worker, and he continues to strive to get better daily.

Gus Ramsey - Program Director, Dan Patrick School of Sportscasting
Dylan has excelled in our program as an online student, which is no easy task. Online students have to be self-motivated, driven and display a willingness to challenge themselves to grow. Dylan did all those things and then some. His success is a direct result of how hard of a worker he is. I have no doubt he will equally excel in the industry.
